Family Application
We want to hear all about you and your family's needs! From number of children to duties required, we like to obtain as much information from you as possible to best match you with one of our qualified candidates. Upon submission, we will contact you via email to set up a call to discuss the details of your family's needs. We also assist in guiding families on going rates, guaranteed hours, time off, and other expectations families should have as an employer.
The Matchmaking Process
This is where the magic happens! If you are selected as a Hinsdale Nannie's client, we begin our customized search to meet your family's requirements. We do our own thorough screening and multi step interview process to ensure the prospective nanny meets our Hinsdale Nannies requirements. We provide your family with nanny profiles for each candidate we have chosen for you. We will then assist you in arranging and conducting your own set of interviews.
You Are Ready To Hire!
Hinsdale Nannies understands the importance of providing both families and nannies with guidelines to foster this special relationship. When you have identified a match, we will provide you with a “Nanny/Family Agreement” that we customize to meet the employment agreement details. Once a nanny has accepted a job offer, your balance must be paid to the agency. We will serve as a continued source of support for both you and your nanny down the road, should any questions arise later on.
Placement Fees
$500 non-refundable deposit (goes towards placement fee)
Full Time (35+ hours per week) : $4500
Part Time (16-34 hours per week) : $4200
